Use full strength for the safe and effective removal of paint (including latex), ink, oil, tar, lipstick, shoe dye, make-up, oxidized oil, and many other stains. A safe, multi-purpose product for the removal of oil-type stains as well as an excellent spray spotter, pre-spotter, leveling agent, and deodorizer. Soluble in either solvent or water. Works in perc, petroleum, and hydro-carbon systems.
