As needed. For best results, apply 2-3 per week for tougher stains and asphalt damage. Recommended coverage is 8,500 sq. ft. per pail of product. Dry Application (recommended): Ensure area is free from debris and trash. 1. Apply product directly onto stained area. Start with 1/2 scoop of product towards 20 sq. ft. area (4 ft. x 5 ft.) More product can be added as necessary. 3. Keeping broom in contact with surface, sweep in a circular motion until product is fully dispersed throughout oil stained asphalt. 4. Repeat steps one and two 2 to 3 times weekly. Product will gradually remove oil in addition to protecting asphalt from further damage. Wet Application: Ensure area is free from debris and trash. 1. Add a small amount of water to a 2-gallon sprayer tank. Next, using provided scoop, add 2 scoops of XMO 21 - Asphalt per gallon of water. 2. Spray XMO 21 - Asphalt directly onto oil stains using a smooth sweeping motion while agitating sprayer frequently to prevent clogging. 3. Repeat steps one and two 2-3x weekly. Product will gradually remove oil in addition to protecting asphalt from further damage.
